Waking up to the quiet hum of airplanes flying overhead? The smell of home cooked chicken adobo? Soft light pouring through the curtains and not crappy blinds?

Never felt like I left home. Never felt like I left Savannah. Home does not feel like home. Everyone was so anxious and excited to go home, even the new friend that I made on the plane. But I don’t care to be here, other than food and shopping and gaming. Time moves the same pace as it always had, even during those six hours in the airport. Looking at my sketchbook from the summer.
I am SO out of practice. All my crap is so homogeneous… that’s what happens when all I watch is anime and stop studying my favorite illustrators/animators… ugh. All I have going are action poses, and I don’t even like most of them.
I swear I’m going to do better doing break. Expect some SketchDaily posts for the next few months. Hopefully.
